I started this community because I couldn’t find one. When I became a dad after 45, I quickly realized that while fatherhood is always an adventure, it looks a little different when you’re balancing diapers and doctor checkups—with your own doctor, not just your kid’s. Most parenting resources didn’t speak to my experience, and the conversations I wanted to have didn’t exist in mainstream dad groups.
So I built Classic Dads—not as a blog full of generic advice, but as a space where fathers like us can connect, share real experiences, and get the kind of insights that actually help. Whether you're chasing a toddler, coaching Little League, or guiding a teenager through college decisions, this community is here to make sure you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
